What we collect

Account data: If you sign in, we process the email address and sign-in identifier provided by your chosen authentication provider.

Study and usage data: We process paper activity, progress, AI Tutor usage, and basic diagnostics to provide and improve the service. Where possible, analytics are aggregated.

AI Tutor content: Questions and answers are processed to provide the requested response. Cloud conversation history and sharing features are controlled by the app’s privacy settings; local-only study data remains on your device.

Third-party services

Matric Vault uses Firebase for authentication, hosting, analytics, secure data storage, and backend services. The Android app may use Google Mobile Ads in the free version. The public papers catalog is a separate static site and does not require an account.

How we use data

• Provide papers, study progress, and AI Tutor responses.
• Protect the service from abuse and enforce usage limits.
• Improve reliability, performance, and learner experience.
• Respond to support and privacy requests.

We do not sell personal information.

Your choices and rights

You can manage cloud-sharing options and delete available account or study data from the app’s privacy settings. You may request access, correction, deletion, or an export of personal data by contacting us.
